Hola!!!

En este domingo es la conferencia 'Fe Creible para un Mundo Escéptico' a la iglesia Batista Calvario en el estado Indiana. Yo pido que tu ores que incrédulos vengan y fuesen salvados, y que creyentes fuesen fortificados en su fe y en su confianza en la palabra de Dios. Yo daré dos charlas apologeticas, 'Porque objecionses a la autoría de los evangelios fallan', y 'Como Dios puede ser bueno cuando Él permite tanto dolor y sufrimiento en el mundo? y porque un Dios que quiere salvar pecadores tiene que permitir males horrendos'. Yo también daré un mensaje evangelistico 'La Resurrección en una era secular'.

Hoy mismo, yo entregué el primero correo masivo de Fe Creible a la tasa de descuento de organizaciones no lucrativas a la oficina postal Peoria. Eso fue la culminación de trabajo comenzando en el mes de Julio, cuando yo empezé a aprender sobre mySQL e empezé un proyecto de poner información de direcciones en una base de datos SQL. Eso fue seguido por aprender sobre el sistema USPS e trabajo para tener el nivel de servicio completo USPS com códigos de barras. De ahora en adelante, en un solo día, yo podría seleccionar cientos y cientos de contactos, exportar las direcciones al sistema USPS de correo inteligente que produce codigos de barras, combinar las dirreciones y codigos de barras con una letra automáticamente, imprimir las cartas, ponerlas en los sobres, sellar los sobres, y entregar las cartas a la agencia de correos Peoria. Despues que Fe Creible fue establecido en el ultimo año, solamente un correo masivo se ha enviado antes del correo masivo hoy. De ahora en adelante, me gustaria de mandar por lo menos cuatro correos masivos por año. Se tu quiseres receber una tal carta, y si tu resides en los estados unidos, me mandes tu direccion.


En el mes de Agosto, nosotros tuvimos una fiesta de cumpleaños por mi sobrino Silas a un lugar que tiene una playa en el dia antes del dia de cumpleaños de el, y yo tuve un tiempo jugando con sobrinos y mi sobrina en el lugar de agua. Yo compré regalos de cumpleaños por mi sobrino, y por lo menos, le gustó de un regalo, un juguete 'Tie Fighter' de Guerra de las Galaxias. Yo también tuve un paseo con mi sobrino Sam, compré alguna comida por nos al restaurante 'Firehouse Pizza' y compré helado por nos a 'Dairy Queen'. Mi sobrino Hosea también llegó y atrapó algunos peces.

PETICIONES DE ORACIÓN:
1. Recaudación de Fundos. Financieramente, uno de los tiempos más dificiles de un ministério es el comienzo. Ore que Dios traiga partidarios mensuales al lado de Fe Creible.

2. Oportunidades de Minstério. Ore que puertas sean abertas para ministério en iglesias y en universidades y que relaciones sean formadas beneficiales para ministério en eses lugares.

Una cita del libro 'Easter Enigma: Do the Resurrection Accounts Contradict One Another?', paginas 127-128, del autor John Wenham: It will be noticed that at a number of points I appeal to the evidence from one gospel to throw light on the intended meaning of another. Such harmonistic exegesis is generally frowned on in modern study of the gospels, except in cases where one writer appears to be actually using another gospel in his composition. It is held that each gospel must be considered in its own terms and be allowed to tell its own story and that ideas of one evangelist should not be read into the ideas of another. This is general a sound principle. It is particularly so if one regards the gospels as late creations which retain little contact with history. This applies, for instance, if one regards the stories about Jesus as the end-product of long processes of development which took place in widely separated parts of the world. If, on the other hand, we take the gospels to be apostolic in origin (even if not apostolic in actual authorship), and stemming from witnesses who worked together for a good many years and who in many cases participated in the same events, the matter is different. The choice of words of the various evangelists is conditioned by their knowledge of the historical facts, and statements by one evangelist (if true) are bound to limit or fill out the statements made by another. On this principle, the old commentaries which explained one gospel by another, had every justification for doing so. Exegesis cannot be divorced from criticism. Of course, the individuality of different writers must be respected, and the distinctive aims of different works (where these can be discerned) must be taken into account. Forced harmonizations are worthless. The tendency today, however, it the opposite ― to force New Testament writings into disharmony, in order to emphasize their individuality. The currently analytical approach to the gospels often has the effect of making scholars more and more uncertain at more and more points, till eventually their view of Jesus and his teaching is lost in haze. The harmonistic approach, on the other hand, enables one to ponder long and conscientiously over every detail of the narrative and to see how one account illuminates and modifies another. Gradually (without fudging) people and events take shape and grow in solidity and the scenes come to life in one's mind. Such study is beautifully constructive and helps to vindicate the presuppositions on which it is based. It is sad and strange when immense learning leads to little knowledge of the person studied. One thing is certain: Jesus was a concrete, complex and fascinating figure of history, and any method of study which fails to reveal him as such is working on the wrong lines.'
